Autumn 1
In 3B we made some Egyptian pyramids to display in the classroom after learning all about what the pyramids were built for and how they were built! Some children even wrote messages inside their pyramids just like the Ancient Egyptians did in hieroglyphics!
3B have baked sugar biscuits in English this week and wrote their own set of instructions 🧑🍳
Year 3 had a special lunch today when their family members were invited in to join us for lunch🍟 🐟 The children throughly enjoyed sharing a lunch in school with them!
Year 3 are settling in well to life at St James! Playing lots of games and getting to know about life at our school 🏫 ✏️
Year 3 have had a lovely afternoon in the library researching our new history topic on Ancient Egyptians
3B had a water workshop this week where they learnt about the water cycle and ways to save water in our homes 💧
