Welcome and thank you for taking time to visit our website. I am extremely proud to be Head Teacher at St James' CE Junior school.
Our vision for the school is to provide a caring and nurturing environment ensuring children are happy and safe, giving them opportunities to flourish and develop respect for all faiths and beliefs. Our pupils are encouraged to question their ideas through wonder and curiosity, underpinned by our Christian values. Through building confidence, we inspire the children to have aspirations, become better citizens and reach their full potential.

We deliver a broad and balanced curriculum which inspires and motivates all of our pupils to reach their full potential. We have high standards of behaviour and our pupils are caring and thoughtful young people who are equipped ready for their next stage of their education.
